This document (together with the documents mentioned in annex) establishes the conditions that determine the use of this website (www.irinasb.com<\/a>) and the purchase of products therein (hereinafter \u201cConditions\u201d). We ask you to carefully read the conditions, our policies regarding cookies and our privacy policy before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, the customer is aware that he must comply with these conditions and our privacy policies. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with all the details. The average shipping time is 1-2 business days for Mainland Portugal, 4 to 8 business days for the Islands and 8 to 15 business days for Europe.<\/p>\n

You can cancel any order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Send us an email and the cancellation will have no cost. If cancellation is not possible, the parts will still be sent to you, you will only have to refuse upon receipt. Shipments<\/h4>\n

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. The average shipping times are as defined below (please consider more days if it is necessary to go through customs and in case you have chosen an item in pre-order this period only starts after shipping):

\nO envio dos nossos produtos \u00e9 feito via FEMA para Portugal Continental e via CTT para as ilhas e Europa.
\nThe shipping time is 1 to 2 working days for mainland Portugal and 4 to 8 working days for the Islands.

Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday during business hours. If you are not at home, we recommend that you provide an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any fees you may incur and shipping costs to our Portuguese address. This amount will be withdrawn when we refund your order. If the costs are greater than the cost of your order, it will be cancelled.
\nWe are based in Portugal (Europe), so keep in mind that the customer is responsible for paying any fees that are imposed by the country of origin to the country of destination. No fees will apply to orders that are delivered to countries within the European Union.

The customer has 14 calendar days after receiving his order to exchange or return his item, without having to justify the reason for it.<\/p>\n

All returns must be made as they were received: with box or envelope, cards and all accessories inherent to the order.<\/p>\n

When returning the IRINASB BOX, it cannot be damaged with adhesive tape or delivered directly to the courier without being protected, so if the same happens, its value will be deducted from the value of the return.<\/p>\n

Only the value of the parts is refunded.<\/p>\n

Guarantee<\/h4>\n

IrinasB offers a 2-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the repair cost when product damage is induced or due to normal use, product loss, lost stones or theft.
\nThe buyer is obliged to check all products immediately after the order arrives. If the product received is not the product ordered or the product is inadequate or incomplete, the customer must report these defects immediately to info@irinasb.com
\nThe return of the products must be made in the original packaging (including boxes and documentation), in perfect condition.
\nUpon the customer's complaints, we will give the customer the opportunity to exchange the delivered goods free of charge or issue a refund.<\/p>\n
